Controlling Crashes

I found that I was unable to view Statistics via the new App. Every time I tapped the icon the App would close due to a crash.

I resolved this (I believe) by changing my Squarespace manager account password. I removed spaces and reduce the password from 14 characters to 9 and the Statistics screen now displays without the crash.

Adding Mark-up

if you want to add text formatting and headings to your post via the Squarespace App, just add the HTML tags as text. Unfortunately doing this via the iPhone's keyboard is a little fiddly but it can be done with practice. Hopefully newer versions will address the limited editing functions and the lack of a landscape mode.

I speed things up a little by type "", selecting it then cutting it. Now I can paste it at the beginning of the text to mark up, deleting the '/', adding the tag's text and then pasting it at the end of the text and typing the closing tag's text.
